Return & Refund Policy for Sommtable

Effective Date: October 19th 2023

At Sommtable, we take pride in curating unforgettable wine experiences. We understand that plans change, and we're here to make your experience with us as seamless as possible.


Event Bookings

All event reservations — including Social, Live, and Dating Tables — are subject to the following refund policy:

  • Cancellations by Customer
    48 hours before event only.

To request a cancellation or refund, email us at hi@sommtable.com with your order details.


Merchandise Returns (if applicable)

For physical items (e.g. branded glassware, accessories):

  • Wine purchases are final and cannot be returned.
  • We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Non-wine merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.


Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads (e.g. tasting guides, masterclass content) are final and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or inaccessible.


Cancellations by Sommtable

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We’ll notify you via email with your options.
